Let's begin with some definitions. Video Conferencing is the ability to see people with whom you are speaking on a voice call and, of course, to have them see you.
However, there is much more. How clear will the picture be? Will there be streaking when there is motion? What about the sound? Is the quality high? Does it relate to the image? Is it out of sync? Does it seem to be originating from the person speaking, or is it abstract and "unreal"? Can the other attendees hear you clearly? Is there an echo? How many people can participate?
How difficult was it to set up the conference? Do the other parties have the equipment to enable them to participate? If not, perhaps you bought the wrong equipment–you could have invested in something that works with everything.
